ICPS is a conference for physics students, run by physics students. It is held once a year (usually in mid-August) in a different city as chosen by the International Association of Physics Students (IAPS) and lasts for one week.
The intention of the conference is to bring physics students from different parts of the world together and to provide a setting to exchange ideas and experiences.
The conference fee includes accommodation, breakfast, lunch and evening meals as well as participation in the academic and social activities and various conference excursions and tours. This year we are expecting approximately 400 participants (both undergraduate and postgraduate) from over 30 different countries.

All proceedings are conducted in English. The atmosphere of ICPS is friendly and informal - there is no dress code.
